Lenses for life policy entitles each customer who purchases a complete set of frames and lenses, to ONE PAIR OF FREE LENSES PER CALENDAR YEAR from the original date of purchase, FOR THE LIFE OF THE FRAME, Total retail value of up $200 PER YEAR.*
*Customer will be able to update their prescription one (1) time per calendar year at no charge for scratch resistant, single vision, bifocal, trifocal or progressive CR-39 leneses in their purchased frame. Lens value must be equal or less value then original purchase. Any add-ons such as coatings, tints or premium materials are an extra charge. “Life of the frame” refers to as long as the frame is in good wearable condition which is up European Eyeware’s discretion. Free lenses are not transferrable from person to person. Yearly lenses must be made to a valid written prescription from an eye physician. Qualifying Purchases are good on any purchase made after April 1, 2015. European Eyeware reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
